Smithtown Youth Lacrosse and Team Smithtown are proud advocates and supporters of USA Lacrosse and Nassau / Suffolk PAL Lacrosse.
Both organizations provide excellent resources, learning materials, and comprehensive certifications programs that provide excellent road maps for beginning and experienced coaches.
USA Lacrosse also provides access to "Mobile Coach", which offers over 500 youth and young adult lacrosse drills, with diagrams and videos that can be played on either an iOS or Android device, along with the ability to choose from pre-built practice plans or custom build your own using drills.
Nassau / Suffolk PAL Lacrosse is the local governing body for our program. This organizations is responsible for developing and implementing the rules and regulations for competition.
